NOVELTY - The method involves surface-processing reduced graphene oxide using surfactant. Reduced substance of oxide graphene is surface-treated with surfactant and binder. Dispersion medium is mixed and composition of super capacitor electrode is manufactured and molded of super capacitor electrode. Molded product of electrode geometry is dried and graphene electrode for super capacitor is formed. The surfactant has cetyl trim ethyl ammonium bromide, tetradecyl trimethylammonium bromide, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, and sodium cholate and sodium deoxycholate. USE - Manufacturing method of graphene electrode for super capacitor in toy, solar energy storage and hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) power source. ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide is easily obtained and used as the electrode active material. The specific physical property including the excellent conductivity of the graphene and utilization of specific surface area is achieved. The re-deposition of the graphene is prevented. The surface-treated reduced graphene oxide is mixed and the composition for the super capacitor electrode is produced. The reduced graphene oxide is distributed uniformly and the electrode geometry is constructed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for super capacitor cell.
