NOVELTY - A grinding-roller sealing ring material contains 100 pts. wt. rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. organic montmorillonite, 10-30 pts. wt. wear-resistant coal black, 5-20 pts. wt. modified silicon carbide, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene composite material, 15-25 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. hydroxy-silicone oil, 0.1-3 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 0.5-2 pts. wt. bisphenol AF and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. benzyl triphenylphosphonium chloride. USE - Sealing ring material is used for grinding roller. ADVANTAGE - The sealing ring material is graphene-easily dispersible, and has low apparent density, and excellent wear resistance and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A grinding-roller sealing ring material contains 100 pts. wt. rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. organic montmorillonite, 10-30 pts. wt. wear-resistant coal black, 5-20 pts. wt. modified silicon carbide, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene composite material, 15-25 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. hydroxy-silicone oil, 0.1-3 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 0.5-2 pts. wt. bisphenol AF and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. benzyl triphenylphosphonium chloride. The graphene composite material is obtained by in-situ reduction of graphene/hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene compound. The graphene/hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene compound is obtained by dispersing graphene oxide powder in an organic solvent under ultrasonic conditions to form amorphous graphene oxide suspension in organic solvent, adding hydrogenated styrene, butadiene and styrene to suspension, stirring, reacting mixture, removing organic solvent, distilling under reduced pressure, drying mixture, in-situ melt-blending mixture at 220-230 degrees C for 25-60 minutes and reducing mixture.
