The main material comprises 65-70 parts mass nitrile rubber, 25-35 parts mass acrylate rubber, 4-10 parts mass epoxy resin, 9-12 parts mass trimellitate, 5-10 parts mass aluminum oxide, 2-5 parts mass polyimide resin, 7-9 parts mass white carbon black, 1-3 parts mass antioxidant and 3-4 parts mass sulfur. The framework is a graphene inner core having a plate structure. The graphene inner core is provided with uniformly distributed laminating holes, to form a hollow structure of the graphene inner core. The framework is placed inside the main material. The volume ratio of framework and main material is 1:5-1:7. USE - Hollow-fit seal rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The hollow-fit seal rubber material has high strength and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of hollow-fit seal rubber material, which involves mixing nitrile rubber, acrylate rubber, epoxy resin and trimellitate in an internal mixer for internal combustion, obtaining dense rubber compound, adding the rubber to an open mill, then adding aluminum oxide, polyimide resin, white carbon black, antioxidant and sulfur, mixing, press-molding, obtaining preformed rubber, uniformly cutting laminating holes on the inner core of the graphene, forming framework, placing preformed rubber and framework on a laminating machine, hot-pressing, compounding, placing obtained preformed rubber-framework-preformed rubber sandwich-type sealing rubber material structure in a mold of a vulcanization apparatus, vulcanizing, cutting, and trimming.
