▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves arranging a graphene sheet in a glass tube (TB)and a cuvette (CL). The graphene sheet and the cuvette are connected. Ferric trichloride is provided in the glass tube. The glass tube and the cuvette are vacuumized by a molecular pump. Vacuum degree is set as preamble of 1/1000 torr. The glass tube is heated and sealed by an alcohol burner after cooling the glass tube and the cuvette. The glass tube and the cuvette are heated to 340 degrees centigrade for 6 to 24 hours by a heating table. Temperature is reduced to normal temperature. USE - Method for preparing a graphene sheet insertion layer compound utilized in an in-situ microscope Raman characterization system (claimed) to characterize a microscope Raman spectrum and to monitor forming condition of graphene sheet/ferric trichloride insertion layer compound in in-site. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing a graphene sheet insertion layer compound in a simple and practical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an in-situ microscope Raman characterization system comprising a laser. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a block diagram of an in-situ microscope Raman characterization system.
