NOVELTY - Hybrid inorganic and graphene conductive coating comprises 10-30 pts. wt. inorganic silicate, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 0.2- 0.3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. co solvent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 2-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent and 50-60 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The coating is useful for corrosion of underground power grid. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has strong conductivity and high characteristics; reduces sedimentation and agglomeration and enhances the viscosity of the coating by dispersant, latent solvent and anti-settling agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing hybrid inorganic and graphene conductive coating comprising (a) weighing each component, storing at room temperature, (b) adding the inorganic silicate, nano titanium dioxide, anti-settling agent, coupling agent, co solvent, antifoaming agent and deionized water sequentially into the dispersing machine from a feeding port, starting the motor through the rotating shaft, driving the first stirring blade and the stirring rod to stir at a high speed for 30 minutes at room temperature, (c) adding graphene and dispersant, heating the dispersion machine, jointing the second friction wheel with the first friction wheel through the telescopic piece, starting the motor, driving the first stirring paddle and the second stirring paddle to rotate at the same time, maintaining the stirring temperature at 60℃, stirring for 15 minutes, (d) continuously extending the telescopic piece, the transmission box assembly and pressing the connecting rod assembly to move downwards, pushing the scraper and the inner wall of a shell, starting the motor, stirring for 2 minutes (e) adjusting the telescopic piece, scraper, the second friction wheel and the first friction wheel, the first stirring paddle and the second stirring paddle continuously stirring 10 minutes and (f) repeating the (d) and (e) step and repeating for 3 times to obtain the hybrid inorganic and graphene conductive coating.
