NOVELTY - Lithium ion battery comprises an anode comprising an anode collector and a composite anode material, a cathode comprising a cathode collector and a composite cathode material, a separator positioned between the anode and cathode, and an electrolyte in contact with the anode and cathode. USE - The lithium ion battery is useful as wearable product (claimed), and used as an aluminum laminated composite pouch, a cylindrical cell, a prismatic cell, and a button or coin cell for use in wearable products. ADVANTAGE - The lithium ion battery has lower direct current impedance, faster charging times, and increased volumetric energy density, and ensures more reserve capacity of 3-2.5 V.
