NOVELTY - Functional nanocomposite particles comprises graphene oxide substrate, nano-composite particles dispersed between the graphene oxide layers and on the surface. The nano-composite particles comprises nano-iron tetroxide microspheres. The yttrium-doped nano-silicon oxide shell layer is coated on the outer layer of the nano-iron tetroxide microspheres. USE - Used as functional nanocomposite particles. ADVANTAGE - The functionalized nano-particle has better dispersibility, better chemical stability, which can be applied to virus detection DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) Preparing functional nano-composite particle comprising (i) introducing iron source to deionized water to obtain iron salt solution, slowly introducing ammonia solution dropwise, vigorously stirring reaction for a period of time, second heating, aging treatment, cooling to room temperature, performing centrifugation, washing precipitate with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol to neutrality, drying, dispersing in absolute ethanol, (ii) mixing ethyl orthosilicate and absolute ethanol to obtain ethyl orthosilicate solution, and mixing with nano-iron tetroxide microsphere dispersion for ultrasonic treatment, introducing aqueous ammonia solution, introducing yttrium nitrate solution dropwise to carry out the second stirring reaction, centrifuging reaction solution, precipitate obtained by centrifugation was washed to neutrality and dried, carrying out calcination treatment to obtain nano-composite particles; and (iii) dispersing nano-composite particles in deionized water, introducing ethanol dispersion of reduced graphene oxide, room temperature, ultrasonic treating at 300-500 W power for 1-3 hours, filtering, and drying precipitate.
