NOVELTY - Processing boron fiber reinforced unsaturated resin sheet forming and stress measurement comprises e. g. (i) forming a graphene powder by modifying the graphene with silane; (ii) adding graphene powder into acetone solution in batches, placing in ultrasonic instrument to ultrasonically treat the mixed solution to obtain uniformly dispersed suspension; (iii) placing the unsaturated resin in a softening temperature or higher, placing the unsaturated resin in a molten state, adding Tert-butyl peroxy benzoate, mixing in the ultra-violet resin sequentially, mixing with p-benzoquinone and magnesium oxide, forming unsaturated resin mixture; (iv) adding molten unsaturated resin mixture melt into the suspension, stirring slowly with a stirrer, and stirring quickly until the mixture is uniform to form graphene unsaturated resin composite liquid; (v) placing the boron fiber in the graphene unsaturated resin composite liquid to fully infiltrate to obtain slurry. USE - The method is useful for processing boron fiber reinforced unsaturated resin sheet forming and stress measurement. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures small density, high strength, big modulus, and strong wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing boron fiber reinforced unsaturated resin sheet forming and stress measurement comprises (i) forming a graphene powder by modifying the graphene with silane; (ii) adding graphene powder into acetone solution in batches, placing in ultrasonic instrument to ultrasonically treat the mixed solution to obtain uniformly dispersed suspension; (iii) placing the unsaturated resin in a softening temperature or higher, placing the unsaturated resin in a molten state, adding Tert-butyl peroxy benzoate, mixing in the ultra-violet resin sequentially, mixing with p-benzoquinone and magnesium oxide, forming unsaturated resin mixture; (iv) adding molten unsaturated resin mixture melt into the suspension, stirring slowly with a stirrer, and stirring quickly until the mixture is uniform to form graphene unsaturated resin composite liquid; (v) placing the boron fiber in the graphene unsaturated resin composite liquid to fully infiltrate to obtain slurry; (vi) burying the anode and the cathode are respectively in the diagonal position of the inner side wall of the plate making mold, and leaving the terminal; (vii) pouring the slurry in step (v) into the mold to make a mold, and discharging the bubbles by vibration until the design thickness is reached; (viii) forming the slurry into plate after three stages of gelation, solidifying and maturating in the plate making mold, and adhering the anode and the cathode into the plate and releasing integrally from the plate; and (ix) allowing to stand the sheet according to the supporting method of the surrounding supporting sheet, applying the plate loading pressure by the center loading method, and connecting the anode and the cathode into the digital resistor, measuring the loading force and resistivity curve by the digital resistance meter and completing the plate pressure sensing calibration measurement.
