▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing anti-ultraviolet, anti-static, self-healing aqueous polyurethane modified graphene composite coating involves mixing and dispersing 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 1-10 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide in 100-1000 pts. wt. organic solvent, adding 0.1-1.0 pts. wt. diisocyanate, under nitrogen protection, reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 24-48h. The modified graphene supported by nano-titanium dioxide is obtained by centrifugation and drying for use. 1-10 pts. wt. polymer diol, 3-30 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 2-20 pts. wt. functional chain extender, 0.001 to 0.01 pts. wt. organic bismuth catalyst, 1 to 10 pts. wt. tributylamine, and 12 to 120 pts. wt. organic solvent with solid content are placed in a three-necked flask with a stirring device, reacted at 60-80 degrees C, reacted for 4-8h to obtain disulfide bond self-healing polyurethane precursor. USE - Method for preparing anti-ultraviolet, anti-static, self-healing aqueous polyurethane modified graphene composite coating for leather, textile and wood. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare anti-ultraviolet, anti-static, self-healing aqueous polyurethane modified graphene composite coating, where main chain of waterborne polyurethane contains dynamic disulfide bonds, which can repair broken sections and scratches of polyurethane under visible light at room temperature, has low cost and simple operation, and the prepared composite coating has good anti-ultraviolet, anti-static and photo-induced self-repair properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anti-ultraviolet, anti-static, self-healing aqueous polyurethane modified graphene composite coating involves mixing and dispersing 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 1-10 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide in 100-1000 pts. wt. organic solvent, adding 0.1-1.0 pts. wt. diisocyanate, under nitrogen protection, reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 24-48h. 10-100 pts. wt. Deionized water and 0.1-1 pts. wt. propylene diamine are added, dispersed at a high speed of 1000-3000r/min for 1-3h to obtain a self-healing aqueous polyurethane containing disulfide bonds for use. The modified graphene supported by nano-titanium dioxide is solution polymerized with an aqueous polyurethane precursor at a mass percentage of 1-10%, reacted at 60-80 degrees C for 4-8h to obtain a self-healing aqueous polyurethane/modified graphene composite coating.
