NOVELTY - A graphene-polyaniline-tin oxide composite is obtained by coating polyaniline on graphene and growing tin oxide on polyaniline-coated graphene using stannous chloride dehydrate complex. USE - Graphene-polyaniline-tin oxide composite used for supercapacitor and solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The supercapacitor provided using the graphene-polyaniline-tin oxide composite has excellent durability and electrochemical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-polyaniline-tin oxide composite, which involves using graphene, polyaniline, hydrochloric acid, initiator, reducing agent and aqueous ammonia.
