▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The biosensor comprises a large-area graphene film that is synthesized by using copper foil as a growth substrate and methane as a carbon precursor by chemical vapor deposition method. The electrode is manually write to manufacture the manual manufacturing device. A number of electrical properties of the graphene device are provided from the current-voltage characteristics and the pH sensitivity. The bacteria is selectively captured by selectively using the lectin molecule. The graphene surface is non-covalently functionalized by the Lectin molecule as a biological receptor. The bacteria is diluted in the polypropylene buffer solution and manganese to reach the required bacterial concentration. USE - Graphene biosensor for site use for live bacteria and antibiotic. ADVANTAGE - The method is fast, stable, simple and cost-effective method for detecting viable bacteria, which is helpful for faster implementation technology and increasing water sanitation, and is useful for reducing the number of misdiagnosis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an application for the filtering method.
