▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite additive is claimed. The additive is prepared by dispersing graphene in a water-ethanol solution of amine thiomolybdate, then adding concentrated hydrochloric acid to decompose thiomolybdate into molybdenum trisulfide to the graphene, filtering the dispersion through a membrane filter, washing with deionized water, drying the resulting solid product under air, adding into a tubular furnace under vacuum, then placing in the nitrogen atmosphere and converting molybdenum trisulfide to molybdenum disulfide to obtain final product. USE - The composite is useful as ester oil, polyether glycol of high temperature antifriction and antiwear additive (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Nano-molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite additive is claimed. The additive is prepared by dispersing graphene in a water-ethanol solution of amine thiomolybdate, then adding concentrated hydrochloric acid to decompose thiomolybdate into molybdenum trisulfide to the graphene, filtering the dispersion through a membrane filter, washing with deionized water, drying the resulting solid product under air, adding into a tubular furnace under vacuum, then placing in the nitrogen atmosphere and converting molybdenum trisulfide to molybdenum disulfide at 500-800 degrees C to obtain molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite.
