NOVELTY - Long-acting anti-stress corrosion cracking tube sheet bolt, comprises a duct piece bolt main body and coating; where the coating comprises 70-80 pts. wt. acrylic acid emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. polyaniline emulsion, 10-15 pts. wt. sheet filler, 20-30 pts. wt. powder filler, 5-8 pts. wt. dipropylene glycol butyl ether, and 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - Used as long-acting anti-stress corrosion cracking tube sheet bolt. ADVANTAGE - The tube sheet bolt includes: polyaniline emulsion and flake filler which reduces the infiltration of external media and protects the tube bolt body; and polyaniline emulsion which reduces the amount of metal corrosion and improves the protection of the tube bolt body; and graphene which is conducive to the connection of electric current. The penetration of corrosive media into the segment bolt body is prevented, and the anti-corrosion effect on the segment bolt is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing tube sheet bolt, comprising (i) taking the segment bolt body and quartz sand, ultrasonically treating in ethanol for 30-40 minutes, taking out the tube bolt body and drying; (ii) adding the polyaniline emulsion, flake filler and 10% acrylic emulsion into the mixer and stirring at 1000-1500 revolutions per minute for 20-30 minutes, allowing to stand for 1-2 hours to obtain mixed liquid A; (iii) adding the remaining 90% acrylic emulsion and powdered filler into the mixer and stirring at 1200-1800 revolutions per minute for 30-45 minutes to obtain mixed liquid B; (iv) adding the mixed solution A into the mixed solution B, adding the defoamer and dipropylene glycol butyl ether, and stirring uniformly to obtain the coating; (v) evenly coating the coating on the surface of the segment bolt body.
