▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite sensitive film comprises a two-dimensional material layer and a toxic gas sensitive material layer loaded on the two-dimensional material layer and functionalized by the hexafluoroisopropanol group. The material of the toxic gas sensitive material layer is hexafluoroisopropanol aniline functionalized carbon nanotubes, graphene, graphene oxide or carbon nanospheres. The two-dimensional material is a multilayer hexagonal boron nitride or graphene prepared on a metal substrate by a chemical vapor deposition method. USE - The film is useful for gas sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional material layer in the composite sensitive film has good hydrophobicity and mechanical strength. The integrity of the composite sensitive film on the liquid surface is ensured. The two-dimensional material layer further has a very high surface energy, can improve the adhesion of the composite sensitive film and the piezoelectric substrate surface, coupling the function of the toxic gas sensitive material and the acoustic surface wave device, so as to improve the response sensitivity and response speed of the sensor to the sand and forest poison gas and the simulation agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a preparation method of composite sensitive film; and (2) a preparation method of the gas sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart illustrating preparation and transfer of the composite sensitive film based on the hexafluoroisopropanol aniline functionalized sensitive material/two-dimensional material stack structure (Drawing includes non-English language text).
