NOVELTY - The utility model claims a humidity sensor based on a material film, composed of a flexible polymer substrate, a comb-like interdigital electrode, graphite alkenyl humidity sensitive thin film humidity sensitive thin film resistor pickup circuit signal wire, air hole shell. Graphite alkenyl humidity sensitive thin film as polyelectrolyte pilot layer and solvent evaporation-induced self-assembly composed of graphite film of multiple layers of net-shaped thin film due to electrostatic induction self-assembly, a flexible substrate and a comb-like interdigital electrode surface of the humidity sensitive thin film sensor element. Thin film resistor pick-up circuit uses pin shaped pattern electrically connected in one body, humidity sensor element and signal pick-up circuit board by the screw rod and the nut fixedly assembled with the humidity sensing element, and a ventilating hole plastic shell, a circuit signal line to realize data collecting, storing, displaying and alarming and so on through the shell lead hole.
