NOVELTY - Biomass graphene comprises natural crop straw cores as raw materials, and a biographene slurry with good wettability with the matrix resin that is prepared by sequentially pulverizing, carbonizing, and ultrasonic peeling processes. USE - Biomass graphene for fan blades, water turbines, wind turbines, aircraft propellers, industrial fans, etc. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method of biomass graphene has mild process conditions, simple process and easy operation, low equipment requirements, and low production cost. It is suitable for large-scale mass production and has good application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing biomass graphene, which involves removing the outer shell of natural crop straw, mechanically crushing the straw core into powder, and controlling the particle size to 60-200 mesh; placing the straw core powder into a tube furnace for carbonization, controlling the heating rate of the tube furnace at 5-20 degrees C/minute, raising the temperature to 200-600 degrees C, and maintaining for 1-20 hours to obtain carbonized products; adding 1-50 g carbonized product to 100 mL organic solvent, soaking and stirring for 0.5 hour, and sonicating at 10-60 degrees C for 2-48 hour to obtain the ultrasonic stripping product; and placing the ultrasonic stripping product into an oven at 40-140 degrees C for 0.5-10 hour, controlling the solid content in the range of 70-95%, and preparing the biomass graphene.
