▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation of epoxy resin-based electromagnetic shielding composite material involves mixing aminated ferroferric oxide, graphene oxide and water, ultrasonically treating, heating and stirring to obtain aminated ferroferric oxide-graphene oxide dispersion, mixing aminated ferroferric oxide-graphene oxide dispersion and reducing agent, carrying out gelation treatment and freeze-drying to obtain aminated ferroferric oxide-graphene oxide aerogel, subjecting aminated ferroferric oxide-graphene oxide aerogel to thermal reduction treatment to obtain aminated ferroferric oxide-reduced graphene oxide aerogel, placing aminated ferroferric oxide-reduced graphene oxide aerogel in a mold, casting aminated ferroferric oxide-reduced graphene oxide aerogel using epoxy resin solution, immersing the aminated ferroferric oxide-reduced graphene oxide aerogel in an epoxy resin solution, vacuum defoaming and curing. The epoxy resin solution comprises epoxy resin and a curing agent. USE - Preparation of epoxy resin-based electromagnetic shielding composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of epoxy resin-based electromagnetic shielding composite material with high electromagnetic shielding performance, and provides graphene aerogel with three-dimensional structure so as to prevent agglomeration in the resin matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for epoxy resin-based electromagnetic shielding composite material, which comprises epoxy resin matrix, reduced graphene oxide aerogel cast inside epoxy resin matrix, and aminated ferroferric oxide supported in reduced graphene oxide aerogel.
