NOVELTY - Preparing graphene involves dispersing graphite in solution containing intercalation agent by ultrasonic process. The system is transferred to high pressure kettle to carry out hydrothermal reaction to obtain graphite intercalation compound. The system is cooled and exfoliated the graphite intercalation compound to obtain graphene. USE - Method for preparing graphene for integrated circuit, heat conduction material, photosensitive component, energy storing material and catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene in simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner that has promotes formation of intercalation compound and improves peeling efficiency, high quality, good yield and application prospect.
