▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The spectrometer has an ion source comprising an ionization chamber. An internal surface of a wall (P) of the ionization chamber includes a chemical structure of a layer of graphene. The internal surface of the wall of the ionization chamber includes the layer of graphene deposited or grown on the surface. The internal surface of the wall of the ionization chamber includes a structure of graphite. The internal surface of the wall of the ionization chamber is covered with an insert (I). The insert comprises an internal layer entirely made up of graphite. USE - Gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer for analysis of samples containing hydrogen in addition to substances to be analyzed. ADVANTAGE - The spectrometer mitigates or eliminates alterations of a mass spectrum of substances when the spectrum is detected in presence of hydrogen remains as does problem of devising the mass spectrometer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The ion source is selected from among an electron ionization (EI) ion source or a chemical ionization (CI) ion source. The graphite is selected from among crystalline flake graphite, microcrystalline graphite, expanded graphite, pyrolytic graphite and synthetic graphite. The insert is entirely made up of graphite. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows an exploded perspective view of an ionization chamber of a GC-MS system. Filament (F) Insert (I) Side wall (L) Wall (P) Repeller (R)
