NOVELTY - The sensor has a sensor main portion provided with a flexible gate dielectric layer (1), a source electrode, a two-dimensional palladium selenide, an insulating layer (4), a drain electrode, a polymethyl methacrylate (6) and a flexible transparent substrate. The thickness of the flexible gate dielectric layer is about specified millimeter. The source electrode is a metal indium electrode, which completely covers the two-dimensional palladium diselenide (3). USE - Two-dimensional palladium diselenide flexible self-driven broadband spectrum photoelectric sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is simple in structure and easy to manufacture, and has reasonable design and wide range of applications, and realizes self-driven broadband spectrum detection process.
