NOVELTY - An eye photothermal treatment carrier is prepared by adding graphite powder, potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide to concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring, using ultra-pure water to wash, slowly adding solution and potassium permanganate into concentrated sulfuric acid, heating and stirring, using ultra-pure water to dilute, stirring, adding hydrogen peroxide, and standing; removing supernatant to obtain precipitate, washing using hydrochloric acid and ultra-pure water, adding into silver nitrate solution, stirring, heating, gradually adding sodium hydroxide to react, coolin, washing with ultra-pure water to obtain silver-containing graphene oxide; and preparing polyvinyl alcohol solution and stirring to make solution in homogeneous state, mixing with silver-containing graphene oxide and stirring, adding 5-fluorouracil and stirring, freezing, thawing, and refrigerating. USE - The method is used for preparing eye photothermal treatment carrier for treating eye disease, specifically disease related to glaucoma (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An eye photothermal treatment carrier is prepared by: adding graphite powder, potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide to concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring at 50-100degrees Celsius for 1-5 hours, using ultra-pure water to wash until pH is 6-8, slowly adding solution and potassium permanganate into concentrated sulfuric acid, heating at 20-40degrees Celsius and stirring for 4-8 hours, using ultra-pure water to dilute, stirring, adding 10-40% (w/v) hydrogen peroxide, and standing for 8-14 hours; removing supernatant to obtain precipitate, washing using hydrochloric acid and ultra-pure water until pH is 6-8, adding into silver nitrate solution, stirring for 20-60 minutes, heating to 50-100degrees Celsius, gradually adding 1-10 mol/L sodium hydroxide to react for 1-5 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with ultra-pure water until pH is 6-8 to obtain silver-containing graphene oxide; and preparing 10-15 % (w/v) polyvinyl alcohol solution and stirring at 70-100degrees Celsius for 1-5 hours to make solution in homogeneous state, mixing silver-containing graphene oxide with polyvinyl alcohol solution and stirring for 10-30 minutes to obtain homogeneous solution, adding 20-30 mg/ml 5-fluorouracil and stirring for 5-30 minutes, freezing at -20degrees Celsius, thawing 3 times at 37degrees Celsius, and refrigerating at 4degrees Celsius.
