NOVELTY - A spunbond fabric is prepared by using 0.1-30 %mass in-situ polymerized graphene polypropylene masterbatch, 69-99 %mass polypropylene slices, and 0.1-5 %mass modifier. The spunbond fabric is prepared through a spunbond fabric production process. USE - Spunbond fabric. ADVANTAGE - The spunbond fabric has excellent antibacterial, far-infrared and UV resistance. The graphene in the spunbond fabric is evenly dispersed, and not easy to fall off, and has durable functionality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the spunbond fabric, which involves (1) grinding graphene polypropylene masterbatch and polypropylene slices, mixing, and drying, (2) feeding the mixture obtained in step (1) into a screw extruder, extruding, feeding the melt into spinning box through filter, spinning, (3) cooling the fiber obtained in step (2), (4) air-drafting the fiber obtained in step (3), (5) passing the fiber obtained in step (4) through a separation device, separating from each other, collecting the fibers into a net after splitting, (7) passing the fiber net obtained in step (6) through heat setting zone, hot pressing by hot pressing roller, forming a non-woven fabric with pattern-like nodes, (8) forming non-woven fabric by heat setting the web, edge trimming by trimming machine, and winding on a winding roll.
