▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves adhering a graphene heat conducting film on an adhesive tape, and applying pressure to damage a bonding place. Layered graphene is removed from the bonding place for obtaining a graphene composite film with flat surface and without layers. A heat conducting filler/high molecular composite layer is formed by utilizing heat conducting filler and adhesive. The graphene composite film and the heat conducting filler/high molecular composite layer are staggered, laminated and pressed into a block. The block is cut into multiple sheets along stacking direction of a block body to complete preparation of a graphene heat-conducting gasket. USE - Method for preparing a graphene heat-conducting gasket (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables ensuring that the prepared graphene heat-conducting gasket has high heat-conducting performance and better compression performance, and is not easy to crack, since the graphene composite layer has better flexibility, and is not easy to delaminate and crack.
