NOVELTY - Composite waterproof sheet comprises primer layer (10) formed by applying a primer to the construction target surface. A reinforcing layer (20) formed on the primer layer and comprising a nano-carbon material. A protective layer (30) formed on the reinforcing layer and including a nonwoven fabric of a fiber material. A coating film waterproofing layer (40) impregnated with a coating film waterproofing material including a liquid latex resin material on the surface of the protective layer. The coating film waterproofing material is a binder for waterproofing the coating film; urethane latex, acrylic latex, styrene-butadiene (SBR) latex and latex resin is mixed in a weight ratio of 1-2: 1-2:2-4:4-6. The epoxy latex comprises latex resin, emulsified asphalt, stabilizer, thickener, emulsifier, water, cement containing fluorinated polypropylene and glass powder, dispersant, antifoaming agent and colored pigment. USE - Used as composite waterproof sheet. ADVANTAGE - The composite waterproof sheet is excellent in durability, reactivity with cement, impact resistance and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite waterproof sheet comprises primer layer (10) formed by applying a primer to the construction target surface. A reinforcing layer (20) formed on the primer layer and comprising a nano-carbon material. A protective layer (30) formed on the reinforcing layer and including a nonwoven fabric of a fiber material. A coating film waterproofing layer (40) impregnated with a coating film waterproofing material including a liquid latex resin material on the surface of the protective layer. The epoxy latex comprises 20-40 pts. wt. latex resin, 90-200 pts. wt. emulsified asphalt, 0.5-15 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.1-1 pts. wt. thickener, 0.5-5 pts. wt. emulsifier, 5-25 pts. wt. water, 100-130 pts. wt. cement containing fluorinated polypropylene and glass powder in a weight ratio of 1:0.5-5, 0.1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 0.1-3 pts. wt. colored pigment. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for waterproofing method using composite waterproofing sheet, comprising washing construction target surface with high-pressure washing water after removing foreign substances from the construction target surface, forming a primer layer by applying a primer after drying the construction target surface, forming reinforcing layer comprising any one nano-carbon material consisting of single-walled carbon nanotubes, double-walled carbon nanotubes, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, carbon nanofibers, nano-carbon, graphene, and fullerene on the primer layer step, forming a protective layer including a nonwoven fabric of a fiber material on the reinforcing layer and impregnating the protective layer surface with a coating film waterproofing material containing a liquid latex resin material to form a coating film waterproofing layer.
