NOVELTY - Graphene-based zinc anti-corrosive paint comprises two components, where first component comprises 5-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-15 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 20-30 pts. wt. filler, 20-50 pts. wt. zinc powder, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene and the second component comprises 40-80 pts. wt. polyamide 5-15 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-15 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Graphene-based zinc anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - Graphene-based zinc anti-corrosive paint solves graphene coatings and dispersion stability so that while using the coating on metal zinc content is low, corrosion performance can transcend the high zinc content in zinc-rich primer that helps saving zinc resource consumption, it also has good storage stability, mechanical properties and workability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for graphene-based zinc anti-corrosive paint preparation, which involves: (A) preparing first component by mixing epoxy resin, solvent and dispersant in stirring cylinder, in their predefined composition followed by adding graphene slowly under uniform stirring dispersing uniformly; (B) grinding the material obtained using a grinder, where grinding fineness is not more than 20; (C) transferring the above graphene dispersion in small portions to the low speed stirrer, controlling at 300-500 rotations/minute and again stirring for 30 minutes; and (D) testing the product and after that filtering, packaging, screen mesh number is 120 meshes; and (E) preparing second component by mixing polyamide resin, solvent, coupling agent adding in a stirring cylinder and stirring uniformly.
