▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A trifluralin herbicide separating and enriching method involves adding isooctyl acrylate, divinylbenzene, Span 80 (RTM: Sorbitane monooleate) and toluene to sample tube, adding initiator azobisisobutyronitrile to form an organic phase, placing polyvinylpyrrolidone/graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding acrylamide and finally adding nano-silicon dioxide powder to form an aqueous phase, adding the aqueous phase dropwise to the organic phase, while stirring rapidly, gradually forming a high internal phase emulsion, taking 5 ml the prepared stable high internal phase emulsion, placing in a dry box, heat polymerizing at 60 degrees C for 24 hours, taking 20-40 mg of the prepared carbonized compound, adsorbing and enriching residual trifluralin herbicide in 100 mg of soil, washing the carbonized compound with acetonitrile to remove interfering substances with low adsorption force, re-dissolving with anhydrous acetonitrile. USE - Method for separating and enriching trifluralin herbicide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables separating and enriching trifluralin herbicide with better extraction and enrichment ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A trifluralin herbicide in soil separating and enriching method involves adding isooctyl acrylate, divinylbenzene, Span 80 (RTM: Sorbitane monooleate) and toluene to sample tube, adding initiator azobisisobutyronitrile to form an organic phase, placing polyvinylpyrrolidone/graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding acrylamide and finally adding nano-silicon dioxide powder to form an aqueous phase, adding the aqueous phase dropwise to the organic phase, while stirring rapidly, gradually forming a high internal phase emulsion, taking 5 ml the prepared stable high internal phase emulsion, placing in a dry box, heat polymerizing at 60 degrees C for 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing 3-5 times with secondary water and absolute ethanol, removing unreacted material and carbonizing at 600 degrees C for 2 hours under nitrogen protection to obtain a carbonized polyvinylpyrrolidone/graphene oxide - acrylamide-EHA-divinylbenzene monolithic column, taking 20-40 mg prepared carbonized compound, adsorbing and enriching residual trifluralin herbicide in 100 mg soil, washing the carbonized monolithic column with acetonitrile to remove interfering substances with low adsorption force, re-dissolving with anhydrous acetonitrile.
