NOVELTY - Light-shielding material comprises 55-85 wt.% resin, 10 to 30 wt.% pigment, 1 to 10 wt.% filler, 0.5~4.5 wt.% dispersant with pigment affinity group, 1~2 wt.% antioxidant, 0.2 to 1.0 wt.% flame retardant, and 0.5 to 2 wt.% processing additive. USE - Light-shielding material for smart terminal housing for smart terminal (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The light-shielding material provides adhesion, hardness and wear resistance equivalent to the housing prepared by the traditional process, and low VOC emission and high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a light-shielding material, which involves mixing the pigment, the filler, the dispersant and the resin of 40-60% of the total amount of the resin according to the ratio, and knead and granulate at a predetermined temperature to obtain a masterbatch, mixing masterbatch, the remaining resin, the antioxidant, the flame retardant and the processing additive, they are extruded and pelletized to obtain the light-shielding material; (2) a manufacturing method of a smart terminal housing, which involves forming a first texture layer on the back of the composite board and curing it; forming an optical electroplating layer on the first texture layer; laminating a light-shielding film on the optical electroplating layer; using double curing glue to form a second texture layer on the front surface of the composite board by transfer printing, and perform the first stage of curing; and (3) completing the production of the smart terminal housing by carrying out subsequent processes including product shape forming, where second stage of curing of the second texture layer is performed in the subsequent process or after the subsequent process is completed.
