NOVELTY - A dopamine modified boron nitride thermal conductive silicone grease, is prepared by (1) preparing an aqueous solution of dopamine hydrochloride, adding tris powder to adjust the pH of the solution to be alkaline, adding boron nitride powder, magnetic stirring, suction filtering, washing with deionized water several times, and freeze-drying to obtain dopamine modified boron nitride powder and (2) weighing dopamine modified boron nitride powder and silicone oil, mixing, placing in a ball milling tank, taking out samples, ball milling and degassing. USE - Dopamine modified boron nitride thermal conductive silicone grease. ADVANTAGE - The grease adopts dopamine to modify the surface of boron nitride, is prepared by simple process and is environmentally-friendly. The thermal conductivity and oil leakage of the thermal conductive silicone grease after boron nitride is modified by dopamine are improved.
