▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Production of high thermal stability flame retardant inorganic hybrid comprises preparing 0.1-0.5 mg/ml suspension of graphene oxide; adding 50-400 mmol/L soluble aluminum salt, stirring, adding soluble hydrophosphite at mol ratio of1:3-4, reacting at 0-80 degrees C to obtain reaction solution; and hydrothermal reacting at 170-190 degrees C for 3-12 hours, cooling, filtering, washing and drying. USE - Method for producing high thermal stability flame retardant inorganic hybrid is used for preparing flame retardant material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and has mild reaction condition, easy mass production and control, high yield, low price, high oxygen index, good anti-melting drop, high heat stability, good heat performance, and excellent synthetic flame retardant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for flame retardant polybutylene terephthalate composite material comprising polybutylene terephthalate and flame retardant at mass ratio of 1:4-19, preferably 1:4.
