NOVELTY - A water-cooled grate comprises a main unit made of a heat-resistant steel, and a cooling water pipe embedded in the main unit and provided as a cooling passage. The cooling water pipe is insert-molded and coupled to the main unit during casting. USE - Water-cooled grate for incinerator e.g. stocker-type incinerator used for sanitary treatment of household or industrial waste. ADVANTAGE - The grate remarkably improves risk of cooling water leakage, so that product durability and service life of the grate can be improved, cooling efficiency can be maximized by easily implementing a complex cooling flow path, and manufacturing process can be simplified, thus improving product yield and reducing manufacturing cost.
