▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An insulating material composition comprises 100 pts. wt. polymer resin comprising polyethylene terephthalate resin, polybutylene terephthalate resin and/or polyvinyl chloride resin, 30-70 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-15 pts. wt. stabilizer, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene encapsulated with cyclodextrin, 1-10 pts. wt. filler and 1-15 pts. wt. additive. The additive comprises a flame retardant, a polymer stabilizer and an adhesion improving agent. The flame retardant is phosphoric acid. USE - Composition is used for forming insulating material (claimed) for electric wire. ADVANTAGE - The insulating material formed using the composition has improved heat dissipation characteristics, flame retardance, and durability. The adhesiveness between the insulating material and conductor is excellent, and the bending strength of the insulating material is excellent, such that the problem of the insulating material peeling off from the conductor or damage to the insulating material can be prevented.
