▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix silicon carbide composite material includes 40-70 volume percent silicon carbide, 0.5-5 volume percent graphene, and the rest aluminum alloy. The alloy comprises 32.4.4 wt.% copper, 1.0-1.6 wt.% manganese, less than or equal to 0.1 wt.% zinc, less than or equal to 0.05 wt.% iron, less than or equal to 0.25 wt.% silicon, less than or equal to 0.6 wt.% oxygen, less than or equal to 0.05 wt.% remaining element of single content, and less than or equal to 0.15 wt.% remaining element of total content. USE - Graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix silicon carbide composite material for preparing microwave envelope or product or airtight envelope or product (all claimed). Used as a second generation electronic packaging material, e.g., for insulated gate bipolar transistor used with central processing unit for rail traffic, smart grid, aerospace and electric automobile applications, communication base station signal amplifier, hybrid circuit, heat sink, substrate, application specific integrated circuit, power supply module, microprocessor or microcomputer chip cover plate or radiator. ADVANTAGE - The composite material is lightweight, has high conductivity, high strength, high plasticity, good radiating property, and isotropy property, making the material suited for use as second generation electronic packaging material for electronic products or other wide range of applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of a graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix silicon carbide composite material.
