NOVELTY - A cobalt oxide/graphene nano composite electrode material preparing method involves adding cobalt nitrate hexahydrate in deionized water, adding ethanolamine and stirring to obtain reaction solution. The obtained solution is poured into PTFE-lined reaction kettle, carried out hydro-thermal reaction process, cooled, collected solid substance, washed and dried to obtain solid material. The obtained material is grinded, heated and cooled, followed by adding graphene oxide in amorphous porous cobalt oxide nanosheet, agitating, performing hydro-thermal reduction process, centrifuging and drying. USE - Method for preparing cobalt oxide/graphene nano composite electrode material that is utilized in supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing cobalt oxide/graphene nano composite electrode material with improved specific capacitance property, reduced current impedance and strengthened circulation stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cobalt oxide/graphene nano composite electrode material preparing method involves adding cobalt nitrate hexahydrate in deionized water, stirring to dissolve, adding ethanolamine and stirring to mix under magnetically to obtain reaction solution. The obtained solution is poured into PTFE-lined reaction kettle, carried out hydro-thermal reaction process, cooled to room temperature, collected solid substance in the reaction kettle, washed with ethanol and deionized water and placing into oven for drying to obtain solid material. The obtained material is grinded, placed into high temperature reaction furnace for heating and cooled naturally to obtain amorphous porous cobalt oxide nanosheet, followed by adding graphene oxide aqueous solution in amorphous porous cobalt oxide nanosheet, carrying out ultrasonic agitation process to obtain mixed solution, placing mixed solution into baking box for hydro-thermal reduction process, centrifuging and freeze-drying to obtain finished product.
