NOVELTY - The micro-channel super-gravity rotating bed has comprises a shell (2). The centre of the top surface of the shell is provided with a liquid phase inlet (1). The right end of the bottom surface of the shell is provided with a liquid phase outlet (7). The shell is coaxially mounted with a stator and a rotor. The stator has static concentric rings (5) installed on a static disc (4). The static disc is fixedly installed on the top surface of the shell. The lower end of the liquid phase inlet extends through the centre of the static disc. The rotor has multiple movable concentric rings (9) mounted on a movable disc (8). The movable disc is arranged below the static disc. The movable disc is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft (6). The lower end of the rotating shaft extends downwards out of the shell and is hermetically and rotatably connected with the shell. The lower end of the rotating shaft is connected with the motor. USE - Micro-channel super-gravity rotating bed is useful in two-dimensional nano material preparation, particle dispersion homogenization, liquid emulsification, extraction separation, and catalytic reaction, and for preparing two-dimensional nano materials such as graphene. ADVANTAGE - The micro-channel super-gravity rotating bed can effectively improve the flowing orderliness of the fluid and increase the shearing rate of the fluid.
