NOVELTY - Use method of nickel plating on aluminum and aluminum alloy coils, comprises (S1) taking nickel as raw material, grinding in mortar until mixing, pressing into block target, placing on copper base of arc plasma equipment as anode and metal tungsten rod as cathode, vacuumizing working chamber of vacuum chamber to vacuum, introducing hydrogen and argon, igniting arc, anode bulk material evaporates, depositing nano-powder product on wall of water-cooled chamber after nucleation and growth process, and collecting passivated nickel metal nano-powder product, (S2) preparing graphene quantum dot powder, (S3) preparing mixed solution, (S4) taking pure nickel nanopowder into mixed solution of S3, and ultrasonically dispersing, (S5) preparing self-made conductive nickel ink, and (S6) taking platinum electrode as anode, taking aluminum and aluminum alloy coil as cathode, taking conductive ink as electroplating solution, then placing in sonicator, heating, sonicating, and electroplating. USE - The method is useful for nickel plating on aluminum and aluminum alloy coils. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes aluminum and aluminum alloys, which has small bulk density, high specific strength, excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, excellent thermal conductivity, easy forming and processing, and recycling; coating layer of metal nickel film on the surface by electroplating because the mechanical strength and corrosion resistance of aluminum and aluminum alloy surfaces are relatively weak under natural conditions and which improves the mechanical strength and corrosion resistance of aluminum and aluminum alloys; produces product with high performance and multifunctionality properties by composite electroplating performance, which is of great significance for the wide application of aluminum and aluminum alloys in industry.
