▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for graphene irreversible pressure-induced sp3 hybridization increase based on transition metal catalyzis, involves using transition metal substrate as a catalyst, and using a patterned substrate with an indenter pattern as a pressure applying device to realize the increase of hybridization caused by the irreversible pressure of graphene. USE - The method is useful for graphene irreversible pressure-induced sp3 hybridization increase based on transition metal catalyzis. ADVANTAGE - The method is rapid, economical and uniform, and has large area, and single-layer uniform irreversible pressure-induced sp3 hybridization increase.
