NOVELTY - Method comprises (i) hot pressing to bond the TPU high and low temperature diaphragm to the upper body, (ii) removing TPU surface layer at the corresponding position of the TPU high and low temperature diaphragm according to the position of increasing friction to form reinforced blind holes on the surface of the TPU high and low temperature diaphragm; (iii) coating waterproof friction-increasing dispersion liquid in the reinforced blind hole, where waterproof friction-increasing dispersion liquid composed of 60-80 pts. wt. TPU pellets, 5-10 pts. wt. water-based polyurethane resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. foaming agent, 5-8 pts. wt. impact modifier, 2-4 pts. wt. laminated functionalized graphene SF-GNRs, (iv) foaming compound to form a TPU compound upper body with waterproof friction-increasing convex particles. USE - The method is useful for water-proof and friction-increasing football shoe and vamp. ADVANTAGE - The football shoe and vamp has long service life, high impact strength, and regular appearance, strong third dimension, better waterproof performance, better for controlling the ball direction and force.
