NOVELTY - Self-dispersing aqueous electrothermal sizing agent comprises 10-35 wt.% aqueous auxiliary dispersion resin, 5-25 wt.% conductive nano carbon black, 10-20 wt.% conductive graphite, 2-6 wt.% graphene, 1-10 wt.% film-forming agent, 0.1-3 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.1-3 wt.% flatting agent and 20-50 wt.% deionized water. USE - Used as self-dispersing aqueous electrothermal sizing agent. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problems that carbon materials are easily agglomerated and difficult to disperse in the aqueous slurry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing self-dispersing aqueous electrothermal sizing agent comprises (i) adding hydroxy resin, polyethylene glycol, diisocyanate into the reaction container, stirring under the protection of nitrogen, heating at 50-100 degrees C, adding catalyst, reacting for 2-8 hours, adding de-ionized water to adjusting the solid content to obtain aqueous auxiliary dispersing polyurethane resin, (ii) adding aqueous auxiliary dispersing polyurethane resin, film forming agent, antifoaming agent, flatting agent and de-ionized water into the reactor, installing a paddle agitator and adjusting the rotating speed of the slurry stirrer to 200-300 revolutions/minute and stirring and dispersing for 30-60 minutes to obtain slurry mixed liquid, (iii) changing the paddle type stirrer into a disc stirrer, and adjusting the disc stirrer to rotate speed of 100-200 revolutions/minute, slowly adding carbon material into the slurry mixed liquid under the condition of stirring, wetting by the slurry mixed liquid, adjusting the rotating speed to 1000-2000 revolutions/minute, and dispersing for 30-60 minutes at the rotating speed to obtain conductive crude slurry, adjusting the rotation speed to 1000-2000 revolutions/minute, and dispersing at this rotation speed for 30-60 minutes to obtain conductive coarse slurry, (iv) grinding the conductive coarse slurry using a three-roll machine, adjusting the distance between the rollers to ensure that the fineness of the slurry is less than 15 mu m, passing through the machine for 1-2 times and filtering the material to obtain conductive slurry, and (v) adjusting the viscosity according to the application field of the paste or the coating method, adding appropriate deionized water to the conductive paste, and stirring evenly to obtain corresponding viscosity.
