NOVELTY - Preparing graphene involves manufacturing graphite dispersion by adding graphite flake to aqueous solution of surfactant and mixing with raw material to obtain graphite dispersion. The size of graphite flake is less than or equal to 325 meshes. The concentration of graphite dispersion is 1-50 mg/ml and concentration of surfactant solution is 0.05-10 mg/ml. The ultrasonic assisted grinding system is provided with graphite stripper. The obtained graphite dispersion is added to the sand hopper system. The graphite dispersion is milled in sand mill hopper in milling chamber. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene in simple and cost-effective manner under mild reaction conditions with wide range of industrial applications. The graphite dispersion is milled in sand mill hopper in milling chamber. The dispersion is polished at a speed of 1550-3000 revolutions per minute and milled for 3-30 minutes. The ultrasonic probe of the ultrasonic grinder system is placed in the hopper, where polishing speed is 1550-3000 revolutions per minute, ultrasonic power is 100-750 kiloWatt, and processing time is 0.5-6 hours. The dispersion is sonicated and then ground at a speed of 1000-1500 revolutions per minute for 3-30 minutes to obtain graphitized stripping liquid. The obtained liquid is centrifuged and graphite dispersion is separated. The graphite stripping liquid is centrifuged at a speed of 1000-6000 revolutions per minute for 1-4 hours. The supernatant is separated to obtain graphene dispersion. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene releasing device, which comprises material mixing system, ultrasonic crushing system, sand mill system and centrifugation system, where ultrasonic grinder system is placed in hopper of sand mill system, where ultrasonic grinder system has power of 100-750 kiloWatt and speed of 1000-3000 revolutions per minute. mixing system (1), ultrasonic crushing system (2), sand mill system (3) centrifugation system (4).
