▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The film has a conductive substrate fixed with multiple graphene sheets to form a three-dimensional (3D) graphene nanocrystalline carbon film. Thickness of a main body is less than or equal to 100 nm. Resistance coefficient of the main body is not less than 30%. USE - Graphene nanocrystalline carbon film for an anisotropic magneto-resistive effect sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film tests anisotropic magnetic resistance effect characteristic to replace a magnetic material to an anisotropic magneto-resistive effect sensor in an effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene nanocrystalline carbon film preparation method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a graphene nanocrystalline carbon film. '(Drawing includes non-English language text)'
