▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing graphene-reinforced polyparaphenylene benzobisoxazole (PBO) composite comprises: dehydrochlorinating the composite by dissolving the composite in 4,6-diamino resorcinol dihydrochloride monomer, terephthaloyl chloride monomer and terephthalic acid monomer in the presence of polyphenolic acid and phosphorus pentoxide; forming a polyhydroxy amide PBO precursor by polymerizing and demineralizing the monomers; carrying out cyclization reaction of polyhydroxy amide; and injecting graphene carbon nanoparticles to the mixture. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene-reinforced polyparaphenylene benzobisoxazole composite, which is useful in a film and a fabric (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of producing the graphene-reinforced polyparaphenylene benzobisoxazole composite with excellent thermal stability and mechanical property.
