NOVELTY - Pressure-resistant waterproof environmentally-friendly coating comprises 20-40 pts. wt. film-forming resin, 3-5 pts. wt. 2,4-toluene diisocyanate, 1-2 pts. wt. ethylenediamine, 15-35 pts. wt. pigment and filler, 2-4 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. toughening agent, 2 pts. wt. graphene nano sheet, 8-12 pts. wt. nano ceramic, 5-10 pts. wt. hollow glass micro-bead, 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water and 0.02-0.5 pts. wt. catalyst. The auxiliary agent comprises at least one of dispersant, antifoaming agent, preservative, film forming agent and/or flatting agent. The catalyst comprises organic tin or polyamine. USE - The pressure-resistant waterproof environmentally-friendly coating is useful for chemical storage tank and civil building anti-corrosion waterproof and heat insulation and metal pipeline in winter explosion-proof. ADVANTAGE - The pressure-resistant waterproof environmentally-friendly coating has excellent waterproof performance, anti-corrosion performance, strong weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, strong adhesive force, good flexibility, and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing pressure-resistant waterproof environmentally-friendly coating, comprising (i) adding all the pigments and fillers into deionized water, and starting stirring at 1000 revolutions/minute for 1 hour to obtain a uniformly dispersed mixed solution; (ii) adding nano-ceramic microbeads, hollow glass microbeads, toughening agent, film-forming resin, 2,4-toluene diisocyanate, ethylenediamine and graphene into the mixed solution, reducing the stirring speed to 500 revolutions/minute and stirring continuously for 50 minutes; and (iii) adding other additives and stirring at 500 revolutions/minute continuously for 30 minutes.
