NOVELTY - Patch-type self-limiting temperature heating element includes polymer heating membrane, electrode foils including first electrode foils and second electrode foils respectively attached to both sides of the polymer heating film, and insulation grooves are engraved on the first electrode foils and the second electrode foils. An insulating and thermally conductive coating is coated on the first electrode foil and the second electrode foil. The side electrodes include first side electrodes and second side electrodes, respectively located on two sides of the diaphragm. The first side electrodes are electrically connected to the first electrode foil, and pass through the second electrode. The foil insulation groove on the second electrode foil is electrically isolated from the second electrode foil. USE - Patch type self-limiting temperature heating element for gas sensor used for gas-sensitive detection. ADVANTAGE - The heating platform adopts patch installation, which is suitable for automatic production. The heating platform has a self-limiting temperature characteristic, and the initial heating rate is high, which can quickly reach the working temperature, and achieve consistent self-limiting temperature at the working temperature, without complicated temperature sensors and feedback. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Patch-type self-limiting temperature heating element includes polymer heating membrane, electrode foils including first electrode foils and second electrode foils respectively attached to both sides of the polymer heating film, and insulation grooves are engraved on the first electrode foils and the second electrode foils. The second side electrode is electrically connected to the second electrode foil, and is electrically isolated from the first electrode foil through the insulation groove on the second electrode foil. Welding pins are located on the insulating and heat-conducting coating on both sides, and electrically connected to the side electrodes respectively.
