▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Intelligent thermal control thin film device comprises an underlying substrate (1) and a thermally variable emissivity layer (2) that is formed on the underlying substrate, where the electro-variable emissivity functional unit does not cover the thermo-emissivity layer area. The electro-variable emissivity functional unit includes an aluminum foil (3), an ion storage layer (4), a counter electrode, an organic filter film for adsorbing an electrolyte, a working electrode (6), an electro-variable emissivity film (8), and an encapsulation layer, which are arranged in sequence. The aluminum foil is closely attached to the bottom substrate. USE - Intelligent thermal control thin film device. ADVANTAGE - The intelligent thermal control thin film device adjusts the emissivity by responding to temperature changes and actively regulating the voltage without being affected by each other, and meets the needs of thermal control. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing intelligent thermal control thin film device, which involves: (A) cleaning the bottom substrate; (B) mixing the thermally variable emissivity material and the base material to obtain a thermally variable emissivity coating slurry; (C) preparing a patterned thermally variable emissivity layer with a thickness of 200-2000nm on the bottom substrate; (D) cutting the organic filter membrane substrate, cleaning and drying; (E) using an electron beam evaporation method to deposit a working electrode and a counter electrode with a thickness of 100-200nm on the front and back sides of the organic filter membrane substrate respectively; (F) preparing an electro-variable emissivity film on the working electrode, and preparing an ion storage layer on the counter electrode; and (G) attaching the aluminum foil to the underlying substrate through conductive glue to obtain the intelligent thermal control thin film device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective exploded view of the intelligent thermal control thin film device.
