▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Few-layer transition metal sulfide/graphene composite two-dimensional material comprises a transition metal sulfide layered two-dimensional nanosheet components and graphene layered two-dimensional nanosheet components, and these two components are combined by electrostatic adsorption; where, the transition metal sulfide layered two-dimensional nanosheets are tungsten selenide (WSe2) layered two-dimensional nanosheets or molybdenum sulfide (MoS2) layered two-dimensional nanosheets, and the total number of layers of WSe2 layered two-dimensional nanosheets does not exceed 10 layers. The total number of layers of MoS2 layered two-dimensional nanosheets does not exceed 10 layers. USE - The composite two-dimensional material is useful: for detection of organic molecule R6G; preferably, trace detection of organic molecule R6G; as active substrates for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the few-layer transition metal sulfide/graphene composite two-dimensional material.
