▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A press-packed mixed explosive comprises 53-96 wt.% explosive, 3.7-6 wt.% binder, 0-35 wt.% high calorific value metal powder, 0-4 wt.% functional additive, and 0.3-2 wt.% carbon-based fiber. The high calorific value metal powder is aluminum powder and/or boron powder. USE - Press-packed mixed explosive. ADVANTAGE - The press-packed mixed explosive has high mechanical property, and utilizes excellent size effect of the carbon-based fiber to strengthen and toughen the mixed explosive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the press-packed mixed explosive, which involves: (1) adding the carbon-based fiber to an organic solvent, treating with a surfactant, and then dispersing the materials by ultrasonically or mechanically stirring to obtain a solvent system containing carbon-based fiber; and (2) pre-mixing a portion of a binder solution and explosive to form a mixed explosive system, if the metal powder is pre-mixed together, then pouring the solvent system containing carbon-based fiber into remaining binder solution for uniform dispersion, then adding to the mixed explosive system, preparing into a molding powder by water suspension granulation or kneading granulation, and then drying and compressing into grains.
