NOVELTY - Microwave stripping preparation of graphene comprises uniformly mixing anhydrous ferric chloride with graphite, sealing in vacuum bottle, maintaining at 360-420 degrees C for 8-24 hours to obtain ferric chloride-graphite intercalation compound black product, dissolving in diluted hydrochloric acid solution, filtering, drying, high-temperature treating under protection atmosphere to obtain worm-like graphene linked together, stirring in nitromethane solution at room temperature, filtering to obtain solid phase material, wetting, microwave heating, generating large amount of gas stripping material, adding diluted hydrochloric acid solution, stirring for 0.5-4 hours, filtering and removing iron ion. USE - The method is for microwave stripping preparation of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method can gradually insert ferric trichloride into graphite sheet, forms multi-layer and single-layer graphene, and exfoliates graphite sheet.
