NOVELTY - The circuit has an output circuit and an output bias circuit mounted on a substrate. An input circuit is connected with an amplifying circuit that is connected with the output circuit. An input bias circuit connected with the input circuit. The output biasing circuit is connected with the output circuit. The input circuit is provided with an input port, a blocking capacitor and a co-planar waveguide transmission line. An end of the blocking capacitor is connected with the co-planar waveguide transmission line that is connected with the amplifying circuit and the input bias circuit. USE - Graphene single radio frequency amplifier monolithic integrated circuit. ADVANTAGE - The circuit can adjust an output signal so as to improve common amplifier gain.
