NOVELTY - Modified high-first-effect silica-cathode material comprises silicon oxide and pre-lithium silicon oxide distributed from inside to outside sequentially a middle protective layer and a conductive layer; where the silicon oxide and the pre-lithium silicon oxide comprises silicon oxide, silicon and lithium silicate salt; and the lithium silicate salt is lithium silicate, lithium disilicate or the mixture of the two. USE - Used as modified high-first-effect silica-cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The material avoids material pre-lithium in the process of surface generating nano-silicon and water, contact that the slurry is stable, and dispersant to provide part of carbon source and fixed nano-compound, The material surface coating graphene layer obviously improves the conductive heat-conducting property of the material, which is good for the electrochemical performance of the material.
