▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene quantum dots involves adding a co-doping source of 1,3,6-trinitropyrene and nitrogen and phosphorus to deionized water at a weight ratio of 1:(20-30), adjusting to a pH of 11-12, ultrasonically dispersing the solution, hydrothermally reacting at 160-200 degrees C for 5-8 hours, cooling, filtering, dialyzing and freeze-drying to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene quantum dots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method avoids introducing impurity atoms, adopts one-step hydrothermal process, is simple in operation and suitable for industrial production, adopts low-cost raw materials and equipment, and provides product having excellent photocatalytic performance.
